SECS Meeting This Wednesday 6:30-7:30!

At the Channing Murray Foundation, 1209 W Oregon Street. Come learn about what SECS does and how you can get involved!

Here’s what we’re up to this week:

  • Action: Creating teach-in resources for the sustainability gen-ed requirement.

  • CFE: Planning the clothing swap.

  • Education: Detailing a few of our upcoming teach-ins.

  • Garden: Reaching out and planning the pumpkin smash.

  • Green Observer: Discussing the spread layout.

  • Media: Painting the finished buttons.

  • Policy: Starting the first steps in our new bill.

Community Building: Among Us

Before our meetings, from 6:00-6:30, come to the Channing Murray for some community building. For the spooky season, we’re playing Among Us.

Sustainability Gen-Ed Petition

It is more important than ever to integrate sustainable practices into our educational curricula, promoting the preservation of our environmental resources and their equitable distribution. Sign this petition to show your support for add adding sustainability focused classes as options which satisfy the natural sciences gen-ed.
